Summer Fundraisers


	Summer fundraiser: Friday, 1st August '08 The evening was great fun. The young dancers put on a sterling performance and impressed parents, siblings and friends with their growing confidence and skill. Congratulations to Liane Eden for winning the 'grown-ups' limbo contest. May she long cherish the prize! Our thanks to: Maria, Jemma and Joanna Selves, and Chloe Flynn for helping dress the venue; the many generous raffle prize donors; Justin Rowe for manning the door; Julia Stevens for stepping in until Justin arrived; Nicky Spanyol for taking charge of raffle sales; Thomas Freeman and his dad for helping take up the harlequin flooring; Joshua Spanyol and Jamie O'Connor for taking some impressively sharp photographs; Everyone for their generosity and good humour on the night, and for helping clean-up the venue - thank you! Many people that attended said that they would be able to shift many more tickets with a bit more notice. We will advise everyone of venue, dates, times and planned activities for the summer barbecue and sports day in late August as soon as possible. We raised £301.70, after costs, towards the school fund.
